Description

The Musical Foundations K–5 Student Notebook is designed for elementary learners and works alongside the Musical Foundations Teacher Guide. Filled with engaging, age-appropriate activities, the notebook helps students actively participate in each week’s lesson while developing a lifelong love of music.

Through listening, singing, movement, watercolor, nature study, music history, rhythm, solfege, and simple music theory, students explore music in a meaningful, hands-on way. Inspired by the educational philosophies of Charlotte Mason and Kodály, each lesson encourages curiosity, creativity, and joyful learning without requiring a musical background from the parent or teacher.
